A few hitboxes changed on some of her tilts as well, but the point is that her main strength wasn't really all that hindered. Her Witch Time was also nerfed in the sense that whiffing it weakens it much more significantly than it used to. Now, it sends them away from her, making a followup at higher percents, or at least a potential 0-death nigh on impossible. Before, it sent them upward, and people could carry people up with both of them and then a double witch twist and some aerial to finish. The biggest change, from what I recall, was the angle her downward ABK sent opponents at. The thing is, the nerfs she got weren't really anything that hindered her.
